Product Description
Galvanized sheet is a kind of galvanized sheet produced by continuous Hot-dip galvanization process with cold-rolled steel strip as the base plate.Galvanized sheet products are mainly used in industries such as construction, light industry, automobiles, agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery, and commerce. The construction industry is mainly used for manufacturing anti-corrosion industrial and civil building roof panels, roof grilles, etc; The light industry uses it to manufacture home appliance casings, civilian chimneys, kitchen utensils, etc., while the automotive industry is mainly used to manufacture corrosion-resistant components for sedans, etc; Agriculture, animal husbandry, and fishery are mainly used as tools for grain storage and transportation, frozen processing of meat and aquatic products, etc; Commerce is mainly used as storage and transportation of materials, packaging tools, etc.
Classification and Use
According to production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:
a) Hot-dip galvanization steel plate.
A thin steel plate that is immersed in a molten zinc bath to adhere a layer of zinc to its surface. At present, the main production method is continuous galvanizing, which involves continuously immersing rolled steel plates in a molten zinc plating bath to produce galvanized steel plates;
b) Alloyed galvanized steel plate.
This type of steel plate is also manufactured using the hot dip method, but immediately after being removed from the groove, it is heated to around 500 ℃ to form an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet has good coating adhesion and weldability;
c) Electrogalvanized steel plate.
Manufacturing this galvanized steel plate using electroplating method has good processability. But the coating is thinner and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet;
d) Single sided and double sided differential galvanized steel plates.
Single sided galvanized steel plate refers to a product that is only galvanized on one side. In terms of welding, coating, rust prevention treatment, processing, etc., it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. To overcome the disadvantage of not coating zinc on one side, there is another type of galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, namely double-sided differential galvanized sheet;
e) Alloy and composite galvanized steel plate.
It is a steel plate made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc, and even composite plating. This type of steel plate not only has excellent rust prevention performance, but also has good coating performance.
In addition
In addition to the above five types, there are also colored galvanized steel plates, printed and coated galvanized steel plates, polyvinyl chloride laminated galvanized steel plates, etc. However, the most commonly used is still Hot-dip galvanization sheet.Galvanized steel plates can be divided into general use, roof use, building outer side plate use, structural use, tile ridge plate use, stretching use, and deep drawing use according to their purpose.
Galvanized sheet refers to a zinc layer with a zinc content of no less than 97%, which is coated on a cold-rolled or hot-rolled sheet as the substrate.Cold rolled sheet and coil are made from hot-rolled coil as raw material and rolled below the recrystallization temperature at room temperature, including plates and coils. Many steel mills in China, such as Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel Group, and Ansteel, can produce them. The delivered pieces are called steel plates, also known as box plates or flat plates; Steel strips, also known as rolling plates, are long and delivered in coils.
Cold rolling is the rolling process under recrystallization, but it is generally understood as the rolling of materials using room temperature rolling. Aluminum cold rolling is divided into plate rolling and foil rolling. Sheets with a thickness of 0.15~above are called plates, while those with a thickness of 0.15~below are called foils. In Europe and America, 3-6 continuous rolling mills are commonly used as cold rolling equipment.
