Usage: Home appliance products, computer casings, and some door panels and panels can be produced by Shanghai Baosteel, but the quality of the zinc layer is much worse than that of foreign countries.

Part 3 Usage

It is a very wide range of Small appliance, which have good appearance, but are more expensive than SECC. Many manufacturers use SECC to save costs.Divided by zinc, the size of zinc flakes and the thickness of the zinc layer can indicate the quality of galvanizing, with smaller and thicker being better. Of course, don’t forget to ask the manufacturer to add fingerprint resistance. Another possibility is that it can be distinguished by its coating: for example, Z12 represents the total amount of double-sided coating of 120g/mm.For example，Aluminum zinc coated steel plate (SGLD).It is a multiphase alloy material that contains both aluminum and zinc rich materials. Due to the characteristics of aluminum and zinc, it has better performance than hot-dip galvanized steel plate (SGCC).

Part 4 Hot dip galvanized steel plate (SGCC)

Dipped, bright white, with small zinc flakes. It is actually difficult to see zinc flakes, but large zinc flakes can clearly see hexagonal flower blocks. There is no steel factory in China that can produce high-quality materials, mainly imported from abroad. Taiwan has two companies, China Steel and Shengyu Steel Corporation, which can produce them. Main characteristics: corrosion resistance; Painting performance; Formability; Spot welding resistance.

Usage

Used in areas that require good reflectivity, such as reflective plates inside ovens and reflective plates in electric cookers. Shengyu Steel Corporation in Taiwan can produce. There is no steel factory in China that can produce it yet. The price is much higher than SGCC. Hot dip galvanized steel plate (SGCC) is commonly used, aluminum zinc coated steel plate (SGLD) is deep stamped, and SGCE is ultra deep stamped.
